Bullard Testifies Before Congress

On May 23, Professor Mercer Bullard testified before a Congressional committee on a series of draft corporate and securities law bills. He focused his comments on a bill that would impose additional cost-benefit requirements and other conditions on rulemaking by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The testimony was his 20th appearance before Congress, covering seven different committees and a wide range of issues relating to corporate, securities and employee benefits law.
